At the Hotel Gramaser, your day begins with a generous breakfast buffet full of Paznaun specialities. Head chef Patric will delight you in the à la carte restaurant with Tyrolean classics and international highlights, and with the Gramaser half-board option, a delicious five-course dinner awaits you in the evening, whilst the sun terrace is the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine or a cocktail.
At the Gramaser Residence, you’ll enjoy maximum flexibility: in our self-catering apartments, you can cook for yourself in your fully equipped kitchen or book our breakfast as an extra. Breakfast is already included in the price of our double room. As a guest at the residence, you’re of course also very welcome to visit our restaurant and the hotel’s sun terrace.

Breakfast
At the Hotel Gramaser, your day begins with our extensive breakfast buffet – included in the room rate. In a cosy atmosphere, you can enjoy cheese from the See dairy, fresh milk from Ischgl farmers, bread from the local baker Kurz, and handmade chutneys from Galtür.
At the Gramaser Residence, the choice is yours: breakfast is included in the price of our double rooms. In the apartments, you can either prepare your own breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen or book our regional breakfast for an additional charge. As a guest of the residence, you are also welcome to have breakfast at the hotel.
À la carte & half-board

In the morning, our extensive breakfast buffet featuring regional specialities is the perfect way to start the day. In the evening, hotel guests on a half-board basis can enjoy our five-course menu with a choice of main course and extensive buffets, whilst à la carte guests can choose from our varied menu.
We prioritise locally sourced produce and deliberately avoid flavour enhancers and artificial additives in order to preserve the natural flavour of high-quality food. We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements. Round off your evening with a glass of wine from our well-stocked cellar or a cocktail at the cosy hotel bar by the open fire.
