Prices & Discounts
All prices quoted include VAT. The local tax (€ 3,00 per person and day) is not included in the price. For single occupancy of a double room we charge two adults.
Reductions for children (in parents’ room with two full-paying adults)
0 – 2 years: -80%
3 – 6 years: -60%
7 – 10 years: -50%
11 – 16 years: -30%
Included services:
– rich breakfast buffet with regional products
– 5-course evening menu with choice of main course, appetizer, soup, cheese and dessert buffet
– Use of our wellness area
– The fee for a car parking space in our underground garage or parking lot is € 5,00 per day for the duration of your stay. For an additional parking space for the duration of your stay we charge a fee of € 10,00 per day. Our hotel also has its own e-charging station where you can charge your electric car.
– For a stay of 3 nights or less, we charge a short stay surcharge of € 10,00 per person/day.
Check-in/Check-out
You can check in from 2 pm. If your arrival is delayed and you arrive at the hotel after 6:00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us via phone. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the room or suite by 10:30 am.
Payment
Payment is possible in cash, via credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank card.
Ski pass
Ski passes can be purchased in cash at the hotel reception.
Cancellation conditions
General cancellation policy
Cancellations are valid only in written form. The following conditions apply:
– up to 2 months before the start of the vacation free cancellation
– 2 to 1 month before the start of the vacation we charge 40% of the total price
– from 1 month before the start of the vacation we charge 90% of the total price
Cancellation conditions for the summer season
In summer you have the possibility to cancel your trip free of charge up to 2 weeks before the start of your vacation. Afterwards we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price.
